Website information

This website describes our business and technology consultancy services. Content is general information, not advice tailored to your circumstances. Please discuss your requirements with us before relying on it for a project decision. Links to other websites do not constitute an endorsement of their content.

Proposals and engagement terms

Submitting an enquiry or arranging an introductory meeting does not itself create a consultancy engagement. Services, deliverables, responsibilities, timescales, fees, expenses, applicable taxes and payment arrangements are agreed in a written proposal or separate services agreement before work begins. Any signed engagement agreement governs the services supplied under it.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Project changes, postponements, cancellations, termination and any refund entitlement are governed by the applicable written engagement agreement and relevant law. Please contact us promptly to discuss a requested change. No standard cancellation fee or blanket no-refund rule is imposed by this website. If a service is offered directly to consumers, any applicable consumer rights and cancellation information must be provided before the contract is concluded. Nothing on this page excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Meetings

Please use the cancellation or rescheduling option in your booking confirmation, where available, or email us if you cannot attend. Meeting arrangements, duration and any charge should be stated before you confirm a booking. A booking is not a guarantee of project availability or acceptance of a proposed engagement.

Confidentiality and website use

Do not send passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information or confidential third-party records through a general enquiry form. Where a project requires confidential information or access to systems, appropriate arrangements should be agreed first. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its security or availability.

Content and intellectual property

Please contact us before reproducing Valence's original website material for commercial use. Third-party images and material remain subject to their owners' rights. Ownership and licensing of project deliverables are addressed in the relevant engagement agreement.

Accessibility and feedback

We aim to make this website clear and usable across devices. This is not a claim of certified accessibility compliance. If you have difficulty accessing information, using a form or arranging a meeting, email us with the page and the assistance you need. Please avoid including sensitive information. We can discuss an alternative way to provide the relevant information or handle your enquiry.

Privacy and complaints

See our Privacy & Cookies notice for information about personal data. For concerns about the website or our services, email us with the relevant details so we can investigate and respond. Contractual dispute arrangements, where applicable, are set out in the relevant engagement agreement.
